What’s your returns policy?

Because our items are made individually, returns and refunds will ONLY be processed if the item you receive is faulty. Replacements and refunds are usually completed within 14 days but may take longer depending on the manufacturer.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it’s very safe. Our Heroes uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details.  Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

Can I amend my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately not due to the third-party printing process. If you need to make any changes to an order you’ll need to cancel it and place a new order.

How do I cancel my order? 

If you’ve already paid for the order you’ll need to contact us by email BEFORE 5pm on the SAME DAY the order was placed. This is because after that time production will have begun. We will be unable to cancel any orders after this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We use Royal Mail standard shipping with a 2-tier flat rate fee per order, depending on the item size.

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) – Medium Item up to 500g £3.49
  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail) – Small Item up to 200g £1.99

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is to the United Kingdom ONLY.

Standard shipping (Royal Mail)

This is the cheapest Royal Mail option available. It’s an untracked service, though typically it’s very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail’s 1st Class service arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive.

Delivery Estimates: 1 to 3 working days from the date your item is printed (which can take 2-3 days from your order being processed). Expect to receive your item within 1 week of placing your order, but be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks if there are printing or delivery problems.

What type of ink is used in your prints?

The inks used in our printed clothing designs are vegan and eco-friendly! That means: 

  • No toxins in the ink.
  • No animal by-products used to create the ink, and not tested on animals.
  • Safe for use on products for both adults and children.
  • OEKO-TEX® certified.

My Item Has A Couple Of Ink Blotches On The Printed Image

Due to items being printed on-demand on an as-required basis it’s possible that some parts of your garment will have small ink blotches. This is caused by the printing process and is totally normal.

However, if there are an unacceptable number of blotches and you feel the garment is not as advertised please let us know via our contact form and we’ll look into it for you.

What packaging is used for shipping?

Garments are neatly folded and packaged into unmarked weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bags. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes. This packaging is recyclable and eco-friendly.
